Our support and care does not end when our students graduate or leave Rossbourne School.
Rossbourne Evolve has been designed to support our students to transition from secondary education to post-secondary learning environments, career pathways and as young people navigating adulthood.
Rossbourne Evolve allows our students to continue their connection with Rossbourne in a graduate student program where they can opt into a range of targeted options. This provides social and emotional benefits for our graduate students from a school that knows and understands their needs, while supporting their transition to meaningful education and career pathways by concurrently being enrolled in post-secondary courses via TAFE or other tertiary providers as they access this program.
Students and parents are supported by Rossbourne staff as they are helped to access specialist disabilities providers around tertiary education and workplace preparation programs that are specific to each student. Our graduates also benefit from having counselling and wellbeing support services available that can guide graduates’ personal, social and emotional development at a time of significant change.
