There are different teachers for each subject, who are experts in their fields. This means you will get to learn from passionate educators who can share their deep knowledge and enthusiasm with you.

Rossbourne offers a broad range of activities and sporting electives. On Friday afternoons, students can choose to play competitive interschool sports or pick from a range of activities including Lego, robotics, model making, billiards, tennis, creative writing, city exploration, art and much more. We also offer Outdoor Education elective options and you can join the cast of our school musical production.

You will have more independence and responsibility in secondary school. This includes managing your own timetable and making choices about your learning. It's a great way to develop important life skills.

We have lots of support systems in place to help you succeed. From dedicated teachers and counsellors to caring peers and student leaders. There's always someone to turn to if you need help or advice.

Students come from many schools, which means the possibility of new friendships and the chance to be part of a new community. It's an exciting opportunity to connect with others and build lasting relationships.

You can look forward to school events like sports days, school shows, educational trips and camps. These experiences can be both fun and enriching, giving you memories that will last a lifetime.

We encourage students to take on leadership roles, such as becoming a Rossbourne Student Leader, School House Leader, Sports Leader or Musical Performance Leader. These roles can help you develop confidence and leadership skills.
